Keystone
Keystone — Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 September 2026
Overview
Keystone is designed to collect as little as possible. This page explains what the app stores and what it doesn’t.
What Keystone stores
The texts you paste for memorisation, and your recall progress — which lines you know and which still need work. That’s it. There is no account, no profile, and no other personal information collected by the app.
Where it’s stored
Your texts and progress are stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud backup enabled, they are included in that backup so they can be restored if you reinstall Keystone or switch devices. Northlight does not have a server, and does not receive or store copies of your texts or progress.
In-app purchase
Keystone may offer a one-time unlock for additional features. Any purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; Northlight does not receive or store any payment information.
Analytics and tracking
Keystone does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. Nothing about your use of the app is sent to Northlight or any other party.
Children’s privacy
Keystone is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
