Cadence · iPhone app
An interval timer app built for the middle of a set.
Cadence is an interval timer built by someone who trains. Paste the whole workout as CSV, keep your music playing, and read the next cue mid-set. It handles EMOM, Tabata, AMRAP, and chipper protocols. It is made for kettlebell and interval work, not screenshots.
Paste the whole workout.
Building a twelve-block session by tapping through interval fields is slow enough that people give up and use a stopwatch. Cadence takes the whole workout as pasted CSV.
Audio ducks against your music. Cues keep firing when the screen is off. Separate sounds mark a round change, work starting, and rest beginning.
From Lodestone to Cadence
Lodestone generates a kettlebell session and hands it straight to Cadence for timing. You decide what to do; Cadence tells you when to do it.
